The rooms offer a great view of the surrounding area and are well-equipped with modern facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The breakfast options could be improved to cater to different preferences.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the extra touches at this hotel. Complimentary water and a thoughtful Christmas card with chocolates made me feel well taken care of. The hotel also provided a travel card for the duration of my stay, which was convenient for exploring the city and taking ferry trips, trams, buses, and airport trains. The location was superb, with the hotel situated in the center of many attractions and offering breathtaking views of the river.

Great Location: the hotel was situated in the heart of the city, making it convenient to walk to all the main attractions. Plus, it had a fantastic view from my room's window. Comfortable Facilities: the room had all the necessary facilities, and it felt cozy and comfortable. the food served at the restaurant was also great and beautifully presented. Convenient Access: the hotel was just a short walk away from the railway station, making it easy to catch a train to the airport. Plus, they provided a card for free public transportation, which was a bonus.

Limited Parking: Unfortunately, there was no available parking at the hotel, and we had to park our car in a public garage 300m away. Strange Atmosphere: the hotel seemed empty and lacked a lively atmosphere.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was conveniently situated in a central area. Additionally, the checkout process was efficient and hassle-free. The location is also convenient, being within walking distance to the train and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city. The Superior rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and pillows. Guests can also enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast to start their day off right.

On the other hand, it's worth noting that the restaurant at the hotel has closed down, which may limit dining options for guests.
